7 Kids College Fund: SPIRITED REINDEER

Happy Monday everyone! I'm back to share my latest card for 7 Kids College Fund. Before I get to my card, I wanted to remind you that you still have 9 more days to enter our current ANYTHING GOES Challenge on Challenge Blog! Be sure to link up for a chance at winning a $20 gift certificate to the 7 Kids College Fund Store!!
I decided to break from my norm and make a card using several fabulous dies I've recently purchased from the 7 Kids College Fund Store! I've been on a bit of a spending spree, haha! There is no coloring on this card. Just dies, decorative chipboard, and patterned paper. The deer and star flourish are some of the new dies I bought. The word "merry" is from the Stamping Bella TT Pamela the Poinsettia Stamp Set. The word "Christmas" is part a chipboard set that I don't see in the store anymore, but you can use the one I linked below. I just cut it apart, colored it red, and added Clear Wink of Stella Glitter. The houses and mini trees were part of some pattered paper in my stash that I cut apart.

LDRS Creative: Winnie's Rose Garden

Happy Thursday everyone! I'm back today to share details on one of the creations I made for the HSN (Home Shopping Network) Show showcasing the new LDRS Creative Polkadoodles Kits. Let me tell you these HSN Kits are so AMAZING, and totally inspired me!!

The HSN Kit I used on my project is called Winnie Everyday Polkadoodles Stamp Kit. This kit comes with 6 stamps and 32 sheets of 6x6 paper in an awesome, beautiful storage box. If you want this set, hurry over to HSN because I saw there was 1 LEFT!! The image I used is called Winnie's Rose Garden. She's colored with Copic Markers.

Copics:
Skin: E50, E51, E21, E11, E04
Brown Hair, E71, E77, E79
Orange: YR02, YR04, R02, R05
Green: YG25, YG17, YG67
Yellow: Y11, Y15, Y20, YR23
Fence: E41, E42, E43, E44
Black: C5, C7
White: N0, N2, Colorless Blender

I decided to get fancy and make a Post-It Note Easel Card. The top part is an Easel Card that can fold down for mailing. The bottom part holds 3x3 post-it notes. You can find a tutorial HERE. The only change I made was cutting the paper for the post-it note holder just a smidgen larger than 4x4 to allow the post-it notes to fit after scoring, otherwise the fit was so tight I couldn't get the post-it notes to slide in.

Those gorgeous papers and printed letters are part of this kit! I found these small pens in the party section at Walmart, but they had googly eyes on the sides which didn't go very well with my theme. So I took some washi tape and wrapped it around to cover up the eyes. Then I glued some velcro to the pen and adhered it to my card.

Be sure to check out all the amazing stamps, dies, and embossing folders in the LDRS Store!! And hurry over to HSN and snatch up these Polkadoodle Kits while they have them available!

Rosie

I Am Roses + LDRS Creative Flowers For You

Happy Wednesday everyone! Today, I'm sharing this card using these fabulous paper flowers from I Am Roses. I've paired these beautiful flowers with this stamp from LDRS Creative called Flowers For You....how appropriate, right?!! I stamped my image on Cryogen White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and colored her with Copics. My decorative paper is from Echo Park Party Time 6x6 Paper Pad. I used the LDRS Creative Basics Fancy Rectangles & Layers Die Set for the frame around my image.

 Copics:
Skin: E0000, E50, E51, E21, E11, E13, E04
Hair: E71, E77, E77
  Pink: RV02, RV04, RV06, RV09
Black: C5, C7, C9

I decided to make an Easel Card this time around so I could fit a larger sentiment on my card from the LDRS Creative Uptown Sayings Sentiment Set. The frame around my sentiment was made using the LDRS Creative Gilded Ovals Die Set. The pink rhinestones and ribbon were from Walmart.

Now be sure to head over to I Am Roses to order some of these amazing and gorgeous flowers for your future projects. I promise you won't be disappointed. Also, don't forget, you have until NOVEMBER 8th to enter our current IAR Challenge. Just remember to use at least 2 IAR flowers on your projects.

The flower was part of the Flower and Tulle Beaded Trim (I just cut it apart), and the glittered leaves are from Prima.
